Bookkeeper

This 10-week certificate program qualifies you for a position that involves keeping records of financial transactions for businesses, posting to journals, reconciling and balancing accounts both manually and by computer, and performing computerized spreadsheet applications. Training also covers accounting terminology, starting an accounting system, analyzing journal entries into debits and credits, posting to the general ledger, preparing a worksheet, analyzing adjusting and closing entries, preparing financial statements, and automated accounting using the Windows environment.
