This 20-week program will train you to organize and manage health information data. You will learn to ensure quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper and electronic systems. Also learn various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for insurance reimbursement purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patient medical and treatment histories.
